British Association of Removers Code of Practice
Masons Moving Group Ltd (Membership MO12) has signed up to the British Association of Removers Code of Practice (BAR Code of Practice) which covers private domestic removals within the UK.
The Code has been drawn up by the British Association of Removers in association with the Trading Standards / TSI and has successfully achieved full Trading Standards Approval under its Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
The Code sets out the standards that all BAR members must comply with in respect of the customer service, fair trading, advertising and complaint handling and full compliance with the Code is mandatory upon all members of the Association. Its purpose is to maintain and, where necessary, raise standards of practice to ensure that our customers receive the most efficient and trouble-free move possible.
